Formal night.  On one of the nights of the cruise, was declared “formal night” - where everyone on the cruise was asked to dress up.  I wore a red chiffon ASOS dress and Forever 21 heels.

Carnival Cruise has one of the friendliest and accommodating staff I’ve ever experienced; you can really tell that they enjoy working on the ship.  How cute is this towel origami elephant the maid surprised me with after cleaning the room?!

First experience horseback riding in Ensenada’s Rancho Los Bandidos excursion.  Eloita, my Cadillac horse were one of the best horses (that followed orders) unlike all the crazy/lazy horses the others got stuck with.

When going on a cruise, you’re allowed to bring a wine bottle per person. =]

My boyfriend surprised me with one of my best vacation experiences ever on a 5-day Carnival cruise ship.  We set sailed to Catalina and Ensenada during this much needed vacation on a ‘very much’ big ship.  I never knew there were so many activities on the boat; so many (and not to mention the all-you-can-eat food services) that I didn’t even want to leave the boat to explore Catalina and Ensenada!  I had so much fun, but I can’t imagine being on a cruise for more than a week - I started missing the home-cooked Vietnamese meals.
